This page contains the structural bioinformatics software developed by the Laboratório de Quimica e Função de Peptídeos e Proteínas (LQFPP) at Universidade Estadual do Norte Fluminense (UENF). These software are used to determine the structure of proteins and analyze the interaction with small ligands. All software present here is open to the public and can be used free of charge by the academic community.
AutoModel is a semi-automatic on-line service that allows the user to make modeling with greater control of parameters using an intuitive interface use.
HTP SurflexDock is a web tool that allows performing Structure Base Virtual Screening experiments using the ensemble docking protocol. Beside that, HTP SurflexDock allows a full qualitative analisys of ranked compounds by analysis of the interactions of promising compounds with receptor and so filtering those compounds that will lead to future drug discovery stages.
