Welcome to AutoModel

AutoModel is a semi-automatic service that allows predict the protein structure by homology modeling using an intuitive interface use and a with greater control of experimental parameters. As a differential compared to other online modeling systems, the Automodel has a module of models analysis, based on refinement of loop regions. Moreover, AutoModel reconizes and model heteroatoms family (Zn, Cl, Mg, etc).
